As the youngest of ten children  I learned early the true value of relationships and negotiation.

I discovered at dinner one night when I was approximately 8 or 9yrs old that schoolyard bullies wouldn’t even consider bothering me because my older wiser siblings were always nearby. When you’re a relationship-based person it’s difficult to pretend to be anything else, looking back on my career life has been a lengthy series of relationships and negotiations, many past clients and customers remain lifelong friends.

Our new digital world has become an absolute dreamscape for independent do it yourself personalities, however, I would submit that when it comes to buying or selling any type of real estate in todays fast paced market a simple inquiry can evolve into a very challenging pivotal time for anyone.

Daily life in Waterloo Region since 1981 has provided me with a strong knowledge base as well as an appreciation for this area and its rich culture. I’ve enjoyed good fortune in recent years to have my two Daughters-in-law join in the business with me., in 2022 we decided to shelve our own much loved firm (Team Realty KW Inc) and join forces with the FOREST HILL family of 1100 plus Realtors in 48 offices.. 

This new combination of the powerhouse Forest Hill Real Estate family together with our (WR) Waterloo Region families experience, knowledge and passion for all things Real Estate has created a lot of local interest and excitement for the future.
