Hi my name is Sylvia and I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2011 after leaving a successful career in HR. I absolutely love our community here in Waterloo Region and love serving the people in our community. I work primarily in residential real estate representing both buyers and sellers. My focus is on ensuring you as the client are given the guidance and knowledge needed to make some of the most important decisions in your life. My passion is for people and all things home. My husband Craig and I met here in the Waterloo Region in high school and have raised our two kids here. We love being with family, exploring different restaurants in the city, being outside with our dogs and annual trips to the cottage with the whole gang…15 people and growing. I put the heart into Real Estate and will make sure your needs are taken care of using my knowledge and experience.
